The company's residential developments include Mililani Town, the largest master-planned community in Hawaii, located on Oahu; Keene's Pointe near Orlando Florida; Seven Oaks in Bakersfield California; Saddle Creek near Copperopolis California; and the Villas at Koele and Townhouses at Manele on the Island of Lanai, Hawaii. Its resort developments include The Lodge at Koele and the Manele Bay Hotel, both world-class resorts on the Island of Lanai, Hawaii, that include championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman and Jack Nicklaus, restaurants, spa facilities, conference facilities, fitness centers, equestrian facilities, tennis facilities, sporting clays facilities, and gift shops. Part of the Royal Dutch Shell Group, and one of the 10 largest companies in the world, where Kevin was responsible for corporate and international tax planning. 

Kevin was an editor with a major legal publishing company, an Assistant County Attorney and was engaged in the private 
practice of law.

Kevin holds a B.A. with High Honors from Michigan State University, a M.P.H. (International Health) from the University of Hawaii School of Public Health, a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, and a LL.M in Tax Law from the University of Denver College of Law and Graduate School of Business, Kevin has also studied at the University of Chicago under a Fellowship from the National Endowment for the Humanities, conducted public health research in Nepal, and is published in a number of professional journals, including The International Lawyer, Colorado Lawyer and Tax Executive.

Kevin has served as a Board member of Hawaii Public Radio, Hawaii Audubon Society, Friends of The East-West Center, and the Consortium for Teaching Asia and the Pacific in the Schools.
