While at The Ford Plantation, Bob was responsible for entitlements and permitting, land planning and property development. Bob oversaw the surveying and platting of the residential lots, construction of infrastructure; prepping and finishing of residential lots and the planning and construction of project improvements, including the Clubhouse, Club administrative offices, Spa, sports facilities that include the Sports Barn (a 6,000 square foot state-of the art fitness facility that includes squash courts), and Ogeechee Outfitters,   a fishing and outdoor pursuits shop at the Ford Marina, providing a casual dining and a gathering place for members. Bob also served as Chairman of The Ford Plantation’s Architectural Review Board. 

The Greenbrier Sporting Club, White Sulfur Springs, West Virginia
Consultant and Project Planner 

Bob was responsible for land planning, entitlements and permitting and for the surveying and platting of the residential lots. He also contracted and worked with design consultants on the programming and design of Club facilities and amenities, including an 18-hole Tom Fazio designed golf course, member lodge with fine and casual dining, spa, sports barn with wellness/fitness center, equestrian center, racquet facilities and naturalist program.

Deep Water Cay Club
Consultant and Project Planner

Deep Water Cay Club is a 112-acre private fishing club located on Deep Water Cay, off the east end of Grand Bahamas Island, Bahamas. Bob was responsible for the planning and development of infrastructure on the island including a waste water treatment facility, desalination plant and airport runway extension, as well as planning and overseeing the construction of improvements that include a spa pavilion, infinity edge pool, and tennis courts. Bob also worked with land planners and oversaw the surveying and platting of the residential lots.

Lanai Company, Inc

At Lanai Company, Inc. a subsidiary of Castle & Cooke, Inc., Bob was responsible for the management or oversight of essentially all development activities on the 89,000-acre island of Lanai Hawaii, 98% of which was owned by Castle & Cooke or its affiliated companies. The company's developments include the 102-room Lodge at Koele and the 249-room Manele Bay Hotel, both world-class resorts, the Experience at Koele and Challenge of Manele championship golf courses, designed by Greg Norman and Jack Nicklaus, respectively; luxury home construction, including the Villas at Koele and the Townhouses at Manele; golf clubhouses, spa, equestrian center, conference facilities, sporting clays and wastewater treatment facilities; and the residential and commercial redevelopment of Lanai City.

Responsible for all "in-house" construction projects on the island of
Lanai, Hawaii.

Bob holds a State of Georgia General Contractor's License.
Bob served a a Board Member of the  Lanai Archeological Committee, the Lanai Community Fund and the Lanai Community Benefit Fund.
